We provide website design and build, managed hosting, domain support, security hardening, malware removal, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance services as described on our website or agreed with you directly.

Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for your project will be confirmed with you before work begins, whether through our published packages or a custom proposal.

Managed plans typically involve a one-time setup fee covering the build and configuration of your website, followed by a recurring monthly fee covering hosting, security, updates and support as described in your chosen plan.

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are due on the agreed billing date. Continued access to managed services depends on payments being kept up to date.

You may cancel a managed plan at any time by giving us at least 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, we will hand over your website files, content and any relevant access in a clean, usable state — your domain remains registered to you and your work remains your property.

To deliver our services effectively, we may ask you to provide content, brand assets, access credentials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content or material you provide to us does not infringe the rights of others or breach any law.

Once your project is paid for in full, you own the final website, its content, and your domain name. We retain no ownership rights over your finished website. Any third-party software, themes, plugins or stock assets remain subject to their own licence terms.

While we work hard to keep managed websites secure, fast and online, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — websites can be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party hosting infrastructure, domain registrars, and internet service providers. We will always act promptly to investigate and resolve issues affecting sites under our care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Shielded LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
